Young adults deserve safety, dignity, meaningful choice, and someone who believes in what comes next.

ELG is developing a five-bed Supported Residence for young adults ages 18–24 experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Syracuse and Onondaga County.

The program will pair a respectful, home-like setting with consistent guidance and individualized support. Residents will be active partners in setting goals and shaping their path forward.

Empowerment Living Group is a program of Educating Youth Through Empowerment Camp Corp. (EYE-C). ELG extends that commitment into transitional living support for young adults.

We are currently completing certification planning. Residential admissions are not yet open.
